Alpha logistics centre

The building comprises a logistics hall divided into 3 units by two fire walls. The northwest section of the units accommodates the loading facilities. Above the loading zone is a mezzanine, which is partly used for storage and partly for offices and social facilities. The north corner of the building is fronted by a 2-storey office facility. On the south side, the building is enclosed by a fire wall designed in preparation for a later extension. The entire structure of the building consists of BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements with a trapezoidal sheet roof and facade cladding comprised of horizontal insulated steel elements. The base of the facade consists of reinforced concrete sandwich elements.
