Description of the facility The logistics centre is located in the "Im Strässle II“ business park in Markgröningen. Altogether, the project consists of 3 hall sections with a plan area of approx. 10,000 sqm each. The structure of the building is of BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements and comprises 2 hall sections for several craneways with load-carrying capacities up to 32 tons. The facade is a horizontally spanned insulated steel facade with a three-tone chequered pattern. Office premises and social facilities are all accommodated in a two-storey office building in front of the hall.
