This is the first construction project undertaken by BREMER for Weidenhammer. Description of the facility The newbuild project is for a precast reinforced concrete logistics building: the facade of the hall consists of a cassette facade with trapezoidal sheet panelling. The roof structure comprises trapezoidal sheeting lined with thermal insulation and membrane. The adjoining office building in front is realised as a precast reinforced concrete element structure. The office building is designed for vertical enlargement at a later date. A fire wall divides the hall, one part of which is designed to accommodate a bridge crane system.
