It is one of three different buildings contracted. Description of the facility The 2-3 storey office building is comprised entirely of BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements with a back-ventilated curtain facade. Floors are realised with BREMER prestressed flat slabs. Based on a T-shaped plan, the building is accessed via a central stairwell with lift. Heating and cooling is provided by combined facilities recessed in the floor. All building services are connected to the existing technical installations on the plant site.
