Description of the facility The logistics centre is situated on the Langenhagen industrial estate in the immediate vicinity of Hanover Airport. Consisting of two hall sections, the facility also features a 3,000 sqm lateral outdoor storage area with roof and 12.0 m deep mezzanine level. The structure of the building consists of BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements with trapezoidal sheet roof. The facade incorporates a reinforced concrete sandwich plinth topped with an insulated steel facade. Offices and social facilities, with an approximate area of 1,200 sqm, are all located on the 1st floor mezzanine level.The facade incorporates a reinforced concrete sandwich plinth and above this an insulated steel facade. All of the offices as well as social rooms are located on the first floor on a mezzanine level with a floor area of 1,200 sqm.
