Description of the facility 80% of the facade consists of high-quality reinforced concrete sandwich elements. The main portal features a stunning wall of glass with a surface area of around 1,000 sqm. Behind the modern glass facade is the furniture giant's retail centre: a shopping mall with three panorama elevators connecting four sales levels.
