Description of the facility The structure of the logistics building consists entirely of BREMER precast reinforced concrete elements. The approx. 4 m high outer base is also realised in precast reinforced concrete elements (3-layer sandwich slabs), lined on the outside with smooth fair-faced concrete. Above the base, the outer facade consists of insulated panels. The storage facility is divided into a bulk storage area, high bay store, cold store, deep-freeze store and waste disposal zone. The distribution warehouse is adjoined by an administrative building.
